2. Types of data processed
No personal data is collected through this website via forms or registrations.
However, during navigation, technical browsing data is processed through Google Analytics, such as:
- browser used
- operating system
- pages viewed
- time spent on pages
- visitor origin (e.g., Google search, external link, direct access)
- technical information about the device (type, model, OS version, screen resolution)
Important:
The IP address is neither collected nor stored by the Controller. Google Analytics uses it exclusively in a technical form to determine the geographical area of origin, but it is not stored in our systems or in the reports available to the Controller.
3. Purpose of processing and legal basis
The data is processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
A) Browsing and traffic analysis (Google Analytics)
Purpose:
- Analyze visitor behavior
- Improve the website and user experience
- Evaluate page performance
Legal basis:
User consent (Art. 6.1 lit. a GDPR)
Processing occurs only after the acceptance of analytics cookies via the banner.
The user may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings of the website or via their browser.
B) Site Security and Abuse Prevention
Purpose:
- Protect the site from cyberattacks
- Ensure the correct functioning of the platform

4. Data Retention Period
In accordance with Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter a of the GDPR, the data is stored as follows:

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Data transfer outside the EU
Data collected through Google Analytics may be transferred to the United States or other non-EU countries, as Google uses globally distributed servers.
This transfer takes place on the basis of:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission,
or
- Other safeguard instruments provided for by the GDPR.
The Controller does not directly carry out non-EU transfers: any transfer occurs through Google in its capacity as data processor.
6. Communication and dissemination of data
Data is not sold, transferred, or disseminated to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may only be communicated to:
- Google (for Analytics)
- Technical site providers (hosting, maintenance)
- Competent authorities, if required by law
7. Rights of the data subject (Art. 15-22 GDPR)
The user has the right to:
- Access their data
- Request its rectification or erasure
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
